Wales manager Warren Gatland has announced his 33-man squad for the 2023 Rugby World Cup. The Dragons will have two co-captains, both scrum players, namely Devi Lake AND Jacques Morgan. Fourth World Championship for George North
Wales’ most capped defender (114 games) George North will take part in his fourth Rugby World Cup at the age of 31. Potentially, North will be able to play fifth, becoming the absolute champion in the number of participants.
Dan Biggar, Wales’ second-highest scoring full-back behind North with 109 appearances, scrum half Gareth Davis, support Thomas Francis, flanker Dan Lydiat and full-backs Lee Halfpenny and Liam Williams are all set to take part in their third Rugby Cup. world.
