Demi Lovato is preparing a special celebration at Roku. “A Very Demi Holiday Special,” a new holiday celebration featuring the singer, will air Dec. 8 exclusively on the Roku Channel. Lovato said in a statement: “The holidays are such a special time of year, and I can’t wait to make my own special contribution to the celebration.”
Special holiday offer in mid-season style features music and surprises that will “fill your home and heart with the holiday spirit, à la Demi.” The special will feature Lovato performing holiday classics like “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” and “Jingle Bell Rock,” plus a “very special surprise duet,” plus some . Lovato’s original hits. She will also be joined by a group of celebrities to be announced.
Roku Media’s Head of Original Content Brian Tannenbaum said: “Together with Demi and the team at OBB Pictures, we have created a truly fun and unique holiday experience that will allow audiences to connect and have a laugh. We can’t wait for viewers to discover this one-of-a-kind Roku Original.”
