UFC President Dana White recently gave an in-depth interview to Sports Illustrated.
During the discussion, the Ultimate Fighting Championship boss talked about the UFC merging with WWE to form TKO under the Endeavor banner.
Here are some highlights from the interview.
On his history with Vince McMahon and WWE: “Vince and I didn’t have the best relationship. I’ve tried to fuck me countless times for no reason, just to fuck me. But that’s in the past. Now Vince and I are allies, and there’s no one more than Vince.” A good partner.”
On WWE and UFC merging to launch TKO: “From the first day of the deal, it was like I was dealing with a different person. It showed that when you go against him, or he thinks you go against him, he will blindly follow you. Once you have reached an agreement, Wen Vince has been an incredible partner. We’ve probably had 20 phone calls since the deal was made. These have been value-added conversations – Vince is working and raising the bar for both companies.”
On Vince McMahon as the Michael Jordan of the business and his relationships with Stephanie McMahon and Paul “Triple H” Levesque: “Triple H and Stephanie have always been great working together. I’ve always had a great relationship with them, even though we weren’t on the same page at the time. But the most amazing story is the relationship with Vince McMahon. Vince McMahon Hong, man, he’s an absolute savage. Even with some of the stuff we’ve been through in the past, I respect it. I love killers. He’s definitely a killer. “He’s the Michael Jordan of the business. “
