A French diplomatic source confirmed in exclusive statements to Al Arabiya that Hezbollah is playing a dangerous game and must cease fire against Israel.

Sources from the Al-Arabiya and Al-Hadath channels confirmed that the marches launched from southern Lebanon crossed Israeli airspace this Wednesday evening and bombed the settlements of Bara’em and Avivim in the Upper Galilee, to the sound of mermaids in northern Israel.
Israeli artillery responded by shelling sites in southern Lebanon, and Israeli air defenses are also working to repel attacks with marches launched by Hezbollah, according to the sources.
This morning the Israeli army announced that two of its soldiers received minor and moderate injuries in an operation conducted by members of Hezbollah. The Israeli army confirmed in a statement that Hezbollah fired mortar shells at army positions near the village of Doviv, and that soldiers responded by firing on the positions from which the attack was launched.

The statement adds: “Two missiles were earlier recorded being launched towards the settlements of Shtola and Efta, and Israeli army tanks and artillery opened fire on the areas from which the missiles were launched.”
Tension has prevailed since morning in southern Lebanon, as Israeli army artillery fired numerous shells on many areas of southern Lebanon.
Furthermore, it was reported that missiles were fired from Lebanon towards Israeli territory and that sirens were heard in northern Israel.
For its part, Hezbollah announced that it had targeted an Israeli infantry force in a location on the border between Lebanon and Israel before midday today.
He confirmed that this force was targeted with “appropriate weapons” in the vicinity of the Shumira base, adding that it caused “confirmed casualties” there.
