Apple TV has released a trailer for its upcoming New England Patriots documentary, which appears to shed light on the rocky relationship between Tom Brady and Bill Belichick.
Titled “Dynasty: New England Patriots,” the 10-part behind-the-scenes documentary series directed by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Matthew Hamachek will showcase the franchise as the most dominant franchise of the 21st century. One of the most powerful sports organizations in the world.
It will also look back at the decline of that dynasty, revealing the “internal strife that sparked a turf war” before Brady ultimately said goodbye to New England after 19 years.
The documentary series is scheduled to be released on February 16.
In a brief trailer, Patriots owner Robert Kraft discusses the breakdown of Brady and Belichick’s relationship, which played a role in the seven-time Super Bowl champion’s eventual departure from the organization .
“Those are the two titans of this team,” Kraft said when Brady and Belichick appeared on the screen. ‘But they’re two alphas. Collisions are inevitable.

The highly anticipated documentary, based on author Jeff Benedict’s critically acclaimed New York Times bestseller, will provide unprecedented access to Patriots players, coaches and executives past and present.
It will explore the journey that led to six Super Bowl victories, giving an insider’s look at New England’s dominant sports dynasty through never-before-seen video footage and interviews.
Throughout the early 2000s, Brady played an integral role in the team’s run to the Super Bowl, earning five Super Bowl MVP awards during the Patriots’ six victories.
The legendary quarterback also won the NFL MVP three times while playing in New England.
Brady recently claimed to have a “good” relationship with his former coach, despite the new Apple TV documentary touching on his “conflicts” with Belichick.
“He has a lot of trust in what I do on the field, and it goes both ways,” the 46-year-old told ESPN. “Ultimately our success is because of a lot of people in the organization, as Coach Belichick always says That way, ‘Do your job,’ and I did that as a quarterback and a leader.
Brady went on to add that Belichick was “one of the first guys that texted me after we won the Super Bowl in Tampa.”
