LeBron James leads Lakers to unprecedented NBA winning streak

The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Utah Jazz 131 x 99 on Tuesday night in a game that set an unprecedented NBA record for LeBron James.

“The King” scored 17 points in 24 minutes of play. There’s plenty of time to become the first player to reach 39,000 units in the classic basketball game.

Oddly, account @CanchaNba added that “King” James achieved the milestone 39 days before his thirty-ninth birthday; the data shows the four-time Most Valuable Player in both the regular season and league finals effectiveness.

Lyndon Johnson continues to lead the Lakers, who have won six of their last seven games and remain unbeaten in four games in the new NBA Championship.

Of course, LeBron James has aged, plus Los Angeles appears to have more depth than in the past, causing his minutes per game to drop to 33.6; compared to 38.0 during his storied career.

There’s no question that the popular Los Angeles franchise continues to benefit from a king who wants to win a mid-season tournament and his fifth NBA championship ring.
