Zelensky: Russia attacked with dozens of drones

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia carried out an attack on Ukraine with more than 70 “witness” drones at night, and said: “This is deliberate terrorism carried out on this special day.”

In his statement on his social media account, Zelensky stated that today is the Day of Remembrance for the Holodomor victims and that Russia attacked Ukraine with more than 70 “witness” drones at night.

Zelensky stated that Ukrainian soldiers shot down most of the drones, and said: “Unfortunately, not all of the drones.” But we continue to work to strengthen our air defenses, strike more, and unite the world in defense against Russian terrorism. He added, “The terrorist state must lose and bear responsibility for its actions.”

The head of the military administration of the city of Kiev, Sergei Popko, also mentioned in his statement on the administration’s social media account that Russia launched an attack on the capital, Kiev, at night with drones. Bobko stressed that this attack was the largest attack since the beginning of the large-scale war.

Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko shared information in his social media post that 5 people, including an 11-year-old child, were injured as a result of the Russian attacks. (aa)
