We are in a new summer; And for the past 7 years, Italian producers and singers (young and old) have been pushing for a place in the sun, to the sound of more or less catchy, more or less tolerable catchphrases, destined to join us next September .

Who will be the winner?
As of June 18, Colors are currently leading with “Italdisco”, “Paza Musica” with Marco Mengoni and Elodie, “Disco Paradise” with Fedez, Annalisa and Articolo 31, Annalisa herself with “Mon Amour”. In the second row, Paola and Chiara (“Lambada”), Tiziano Ferro (“Destinazione Mare”), Madame (“Aranciata”), Nuclear Tactical Penguin (“Stare Me at Night”), Irama and Racomi (“Hollywood”), Collapes Dimartino (“Considera”), Ernia, Breche and Sphera Abesta (“Lightning Rods”) …
As in recent years, despite the names in the field (Ed Sheeran, Post Malone, Harry Styles, Mae Stephens, LP, Thirty Seconds to Mars, OneRepublic, Rita Ora, Rosalia, Imagine Dragons, Miley), anything from abroad painfully guess not. Cyrus…)
Some ideas also seem to come from the dance sphere: in addition to the songs that have been airing since spring (“Replacement”, “DNA”, “Baby Don’t Hurt Me”), the new Sophie and the Giants will be able to perform Purple Disco Machine (” Paradise”), while it remains to be seen whether DJ Louis’ “Papa Loves Mambo” will be the new “Bongo Cha Cha Cha”.
We’ll see what other more or less unexpected hits emerge in the coming weeks (certainly among the most anticipated is “AIR” by Dardust, Laza and Noemi), while we look forward to summer signings from Tananai, Fred De Palma and (probably) Waiting. Gucci Ferrari…
