Veteran Manchester United and Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo faces a series of charges related to promoting the cryptocurrency society in a $1 billion (917 million euros) lawsuit.
Ronaldo, the maintainer of Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, has partnered with Binance to launch a series of non-fundable jetons (NFTs) over the next decade. The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) said Portugal will collect items from all countries to promote the virtues of its products.
The NFT of the Ronaldo collectible was issued for $77 (€71), but soon after, the price did not exceed $1 (€0.92), so its value share was 98.7%. Complainers noted that the promotion of Ronaldo’s products also led to a 500% increase in searches for cryptocurrencies.
NFTs fall into the category because these games are not registered in the United States and the celebrities who offer promotions for these games are the “tenues de divulguer” of this promotion, and so on, “CR7” n’a pas fait.
