The as-yet-untitled genre thriller from “Black Panther” veterans Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan has found its home, and the new details are sweet.
Word on the street is that the set includes vampires and flashy action elements, and the studio is on board. Well, we now know via The Hollywood Reporter that Warner Bros. Pictures has prevailed, winning the bidding war against studios like Universal Pictures.

As previously teased, the intention is to fast-track production as most of the pre-production has already been completed. According to THR: “Sources say the studio and Coogler are moving quickly and plan to begin production in New Orleans in April.” The deal is also said to include Coogler’s joint ownership of the underlying intellectual property, but Full details are not yet known.
