Filmmaker Ryan Coogler’s untitled remake with actor Michael B. Jordan will be released on March 7, 2025.
Warner Bros. always reserves this date for event movies. So far, the only one set to hit theaters this weekend next year is an untitled Disney movie.
Coogler is writing the film, whose plot has yet to be revealed. The cameras are rolling in April.
Coogler produces along with Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian.
Executive producers are two-time Oscar-winning composer Ludwig Goransson, Rebecca Cho and Will Greenfield.
