Today the company has sent the information letter required by law and contract to initiate the trade union process for the transfer of a business branch to Isibank.
The operation confirms the transfer of approximately 20 people who currently work in the digital support and development function of Isibank’s management of BDT.
The transfer will take place through the contribution of two branches:
- The first – with sales by the third quarter of 2023 – will be a concern about 5 coworkers (and about 300,000 subscribers);
- The second – by the first quarter of 2024 – will include about 15 co-workers (and 2.4 million subscribers).
In the letter the company confirmsApplication of Sector CCNL, as well as second level negotiation The 18 people currently employed by Isibank (a company that already existed as a result of the change in name of Banca 5) have already been applied for. The first meeting will be held next Monday, July 3.
