When Kim Kardashian lives in London, Always thinking of Los Angeles. That’s why his villa in Hampstead, north of the city, is reminiscent of LA’s style: 737 square meters of minimalist style, with 6 bedrooms designed by renowned architect Claudio Silvestrin.
The venue is spread over five floors, includes beautiful and spacious recreation rooms, upper and lower gardens, a two-car garage with James Bond-style internal lift, cinema room and a full-floor health club with swimming pool (18 metres), gym, sauna, steam room and treatment rooms.
Originally constructed in 2016, the villa was designed by an Italian architect considered a master of contemporary minimalism.
Mansion in Hempstead
Like the Los Angeles mansion, the Hampstead mansion on Cannon Lane cleverly blends interior and exterior with a contemporary garden designed by gold winner RHS Chelsea. chris beardshaw, who envisioned it as an outdoor space for entertainment and relaxation, with an upper garden and a stairway leading to a lower terrace. Each main room in the house has a glassed-in balcony or terrace, the roof of which forms a sort of eco-garden.
Downstairs is a second room directly connected to the upstairs reception room, which houses a glass-walled kitchen and breakfast room with a central island.
The master bedroom suite spans the full depth of the first floor and one side, with the master bedroom opening onto a balcony and separate terrace featuring a walk-in closet and master bath with sculptural soaking tub. In addition there are three more bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), each opening onto outdoor balconies. There is also a family bathroom. On the top floor of the home is the main guest suite – or second master bedroom – which is also equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower and terrace.
The kitchen and bathrooms of the Hampstead mansion are very similar to those of Kim Kardashian’s Los Angeles mansion. Finishes include yellow-ocher rock slab walls and floors (rock from the Italian Dolomites), oak wood floors and oxidized brass with a bronze finish used for door handles, countertops, and railings.
Who is Claudio Silvestrin?

It’s Silvestrin who designed Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s New York loft with a French limestone interior (listed for sale in 2019), and which was previously Kanye’s bachelor pad between 2007 and 2014.
In 2013 Claudio Silvestrin worked with Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt to advise Kim Kardashian on a five-year renovation of her residence in Los Angeles (Calabasas), creating a 1,393 square meter, minimalist dwelling with three grey-toned cars designed to “blend” with the home: a Maybach sedan, a Rolls Royce Phantom and a Lamborghini Urus.
Between 1999 and 2007 Silvestrin traveled around the world designing interiors for Giorgio Armani, and in 1991 created a prestigious villa in Mallorca for digital art heiress Caroline Neuendorff.
