The words spoken by Flavio Briatore in regards to Naomi Campbell surprised the fans: what did the entrepreneur say?
Flavio Briatore very often manages to get talked about, especially for some of his interventions on the world of work that spark debates on social media. From a professional point of view, practically every aspect of the entrepreneur born in Verzuolo, in the province of Cuneo, is known. However, even on the private floor there are many known aspects of the 72-year-old former team manager of the Benetton team (which later became Renault) in Formula 1.
From 1983 to 1987 Flavio Briatore was married to the former model and entrepreneur Marcy Schlobohm and in the course of his life he had many other relationships: from the German supermodel Heidi Klum – with whom he had a daughter, Hélène Boshoven “Leni” – up to Elisabetta Gregoraci (their marriage lasted almost ten years).
But Briatore fans certainly cannot forget another bond that has often ended up in the spotlight of gossip chronicles. From 1998 to 2003, in fact, the Piedmontese entrepreneur was romantically linked to the international top model Naomi Campbell. Even if their love story has been over for 20 years now, Flavio Briatore does not fail to tell some aspects of their relationship in the various interviews. In one of these, released to Chi, Briatore confirmed that he remained with Naomi Campbell a nice friendship.

According to Briatore, even today Naomi Campbell cannot fear comparisons with anyone: “When she walked the catwalk, the runway also turned around – added the entrepreneur – Today there is no one like her. When asked for a comment on Naomi Campbell’s ‘rants’, Briatore replies as follows: “To judge a person and his gestures you must first know his story. Naomi left home at 11. At 12 he was already working with Bob Marley. He has known the road and life to face too quickly“. Finally, a sentence that confirms their strong bond: “If today at two in the morning I should need you for any reason, I know he would answer the phone right away“.
