This was told by an insider Big Screen Leaks. which proved its reliability several times, before the strike of actors and screenwriters Spiderman 4 was in the writing phase and Sony was going to start filming as soon as possible:
It was being written before the strike, and apparently they wanted to start production as soon as possible, so perhaps the script is close to completion.
Not surprisingly, long-standing rumors suggested that the major intended to release the film as soon as possible. 2024 and enter into an agreement with Tom Holland soon. After two strikes that blocked all Hollywood productions, a release in 2024 is not possible and we will presumably have to wait June 27, 2025the date Sony has set for the untitled Marvel movie.
