How to Make a Guatemalan-Style Rum Cocktail
Mango and Orange Cocktail

- 1 oz cold brew coffee
- 1 oz syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick
Prepare
- Prepare cold brew coffee, Put 40% of the ground coffee and 60% of the volume of the container in cold purified water into the container. Let it sit for 24 hours, then strain and save the result for use in cocktails.
- put ingredients in shaker and shake vigorously with ice.

Jamaican Flower Mojito
raw material
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz rum
- 2 oz dried hibiscus
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup mineral water with gas
- Appropriate amount of sugar
Prepare
- Boil a glass of water and add jamaica flowers. Reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 20 minutes, or until water turns deep purple.
- Filter the water and discard the flowers. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Let it cool completely.
- Place the mint leaves in a pitcher and mash lightly with a cocktail masher.
- Add rum, lemon juice and Jamaican tea. Stir well and taste.
- Add ice cubes, mineral water and mix.
