Ben Affleck during a recent interview had very sweet words for Jennifer Lopez and revealed what she did for him.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez got married in great secrecy on July 16, 2022. The news of the marriage was well known since it was the singer who announced that she had received the proposal while she was in the place where she most likes to spend time, in the bathtub.
On that occasion she had shown the precious ring she had received, presenting herself happy and excited by the gesture of her companion who, as she revealed, she hadn’t expected. Shortly after, the confirmation of the celebration arrived, in a private event. However, a month later, the couple wanted to organize a big party, with friends and relatives, and say a second yes.
In recent months they have always been paparazzi together, hand in hand, with a smile on their lips. However, rumors of a crisis have often come, information that is always denied given that the two seem to be truly inseparable. Recently, the actor was a guest of Fabio Fazio at Che tempo Che fa, connected from Los Angeles. In the program he talked about the film Air – The story of the great leap, which he wrote, directed and starred in, and which will arrive in Italian cinemas starting from 6 April. While he told the plot and some unpublished background, he even made a very sweet ‘statement’ for his wife.

In an interview with Fabio Fazio on Che tempo che fa, during the episode on Sunday 26 March, Ben Affleck spoke about the film he wrote, directed and starred in, entitled Air. The actor explained that through the story that led to the birth of the famous Air Jordan shoes, he wanted to explore its mechanisms, entering into the feelings of the people who were part of it. While he was telling the plot, pressed by the conductor, revealed that he received help from his wife in writing the film.
And it is at that point that he let himself go to sweet words for the singer: “She’s brilliant, a fantastic woman. It helped me understand that the main reason Air Jordans have had such a significant impact is because culture and style in America is 90% African-American driven.”. Ben thus revealed that his wife has better ideas than him and that his philosophy is to always listen to the person who accompanies us in everyday life.
He added that they have made several trips together to Italy, and that they appreciate its food and climate: “It is an exquisite country. In Los Angeles we are trying to build a house similar to the one you have in Italy”. Apparently the actor, speaking of his last film that saw him fully engaged, had words of esteem for Jennifer Lopez and highlighted the great help received.
