Long-awaited game series one piece appeared on Netflix today. Co-produced with Tomorrow Studios, the 8-episode series adapts the East Blue Saga: Eiichiro Oda’s early manga, in which Monkey D. Luffy embarks on a journey in search of One Piece.
In these episodes and related manga volumes, Luffy encounters various locations in East Blue. Such a variety of islands has become a big problem for the producers of the series.who chose different locations around the world for live action filming. For example, part of the filming took place at a film studio in Cape Town, South Africa.
TAmong the various locations chosen by Netflix and Tomorrow Studios will be our country.: we use a conditional because Italy was not officially accredited among the locations.. But already from trailers and posters of shoes peeking out in live action: first with Positano and then with Amalfi. Since the series is released on the streaming platform, a third city appeared in the series one piece: Sorrento.

The first city we discovered live is Positano.. In a feature series The famous city of the Amalfi Coast is Shells Town.. There second the location where the main character of the series is located is in Amalfi: we saw the ancient Maritime Republic on one of the latest advertising posters. To these two Italian cities, a third one is added, which appears in the very first minutes of the action.
first episode, Romance Dawn, there was a great dawn opens exactly like in the manga: Gol D. Roger’s execution. Key event in the manga, taking place in Loguetown (in an Italian outcast town). Live, an aerial shot is approaching the city, showing us the pirate ships that have gathered for the event. As you approach Loguetown, a distinctly recognizable coastline appears: Sorrento city profile.
Summing up: The Sorrento Peninsula must have been very popular with the producers of the series.. After all, the Sorrento Coast and the Amalfi Coast have always been the protagonists of the film world.
