Migrants: Lampedusa hotspot empty, only 198 present this morning

Hotspot Lampedusa continues to be empty. This morning, after further transfers, only 198 migrants remained, of which 120 are unaccompanied minors. The last flight of the Nave Kossira departed last night with 213 migrants on board. There are no flights today.

Wes Anderson to Receive Cartier Filmmaker’s Glory Award

Three competition films presented today at the Lido: Yorgos Lanthimos’ Poor Man (with Emma Stone, Mark Ruffalo and Willem Dafoe), Saverio Costanzo’s Dawn at Last (with Lily James, Rebecca Antonachi, Joe Keery, Rachel Sennott, Alba Rohrwacher , Willem Dafoe), “Bastarden (Promised Land)” by Nicholas Arcel (together with Mads Mikkelsen). Out of competition will feature Wes Anderson’s The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar, which will win the Cartier Filmmaker’s Glory Award.

** Accidents: Landini on the Turin tragedy: “The system doesn’t work, but Pnrr cuts”**
