After years of rumors, speculation and indiscretions, it seems that Pirates of the Caribbean 6 is finally in development – what’s more, Disney has included the sixth chapter of the franchise on its priority list. The showrunner revealed a few more details about the long-awaited project. Craig Mazin – known for series Chernobyl AND Last of us – actively participated in the development screenplay, officially approved even from Disney.

Thus, the sixth chapter of the seminal Disney franchise is poised to captivate the public, even if its theatrical debut still seems a long way off at the moment.
