September has proven to be a yo-yo month for WWE fans as they have experienced many ups and downs since the beginning. While the TKO merger was one of the biggest news in professional wrestling as WWE teamed up with the UFC to form a $21.4 billion global powerhouse, Dwayne Johnson’s return was the icing on the cake. However, things soon turned sour as the new owners parted ways with 20 superstars in a matter of days.

Immediately after the mass layoff, Dwayne Johnson’s daughter Ava shared a cryptic post on social media. The nature of the post caused many fans to express concern. But before we read what the fans said, let’s find out why they said it.

Dwayne Johnson’s daughter leaving WWE?

Ava, who changed her name a few weeks ago, started out last year as Ava Rayne on WWE’s developmental brand NXT. The promotion’s first fourth-generation star was paired with The Schism, a stable that included Rip Fowler and The Dyad’s Jagger Reed and Joe Gacy, as well as the 22-year-old.

Although they had worked together for almost a year, Fowler and Reed were dropped from the group just a few weeks ago following the duo’s departure from the company.

At NXT No Mercy on September 30 at Mechanics Bank Arena in Bakersfield, California, Gacy admitted he was wrong and asked Johnson’s daughter to leave. Even though she tried to convince the leader of the Schism, it ended in the faction disintegrating as Gacy wanted to figure out the rest of his journey on his own.

Shortly after development, Ava went to X to tweet. “Goodbye”followed by a “broken heart” emoji.

The cryptic nature of the post prompted several comments from her followers.

Fans support Ava as split breaks down

Gacy may not have supported her young stablemate, leaving her “heartbroken”, but Ava’s online followers found little support. This fan expressed sadness over the destruction of the stable.

One user was able to connect the development with his life. They said they both had a common theme – early termination and lack of loyalty.

Ava’s tweet will likely leave some of her fans with tears in their eyes. This reaction reflects the emotions of her fan group.

This user encouraged her to keep up the good work and not leave the promotion. There is a high possibility that Ava will now embark on a new journey as a solo player. She will emulate her legendary father, who also ventured into uncharted territory as a solo player. Gacy will most likely get a call to the main roster.

It was nice to see fans have positive messages for the star, as she has mostly been the target of harsh criticism from the WWE Universe, who have expressed dissatisfaction with her lack of wrestling skills.
