Danny Green dives into LeBron James’ daily life

NBA

We all have our routines and regiments.

Danny Green said on a recent episode of Theo Pinson’s “Run Your Race” podcast that LeBron James’ schedule is so tight that he has to pencil in in time to go to the bathroom.

“His day was so structured, I don’t think he could take it all in peace,” Green said Tuesday. “He’s used to having a schedule for everything.”

While Green said the four-time NBA champion has a busy schedule, he doesn’t take it all too seriously.

“But he’s a big-ass kid,” said Green, James’ teammate with the Cavaliers and Lakers.

Three-time champion Green was asked to talk about his understanding of LeBron, both as a person and as a professional athlete.

James and Green won a championship with the Lakers in 2019-20, and the Lakers defeated the Miami Heat in the bubble finals.

“He’s a lot of fun, but you’d never know, by seeing him in surgery, you’d never know it’s already the 20th year,” Green said.

James is now entering his 21st season in the NBA.

His 20-year dominance of the league earned him a place in history as the best player to ever play in the NBA.

Green also mentioned that James has also found a way to prioritize his list of off-court responsibilities.

James and his wife Savannah have been together for more than twenty years and married in 2013.

The couple has three children together: Brownie, 18, Bryce Maximus, 16, and Juri Nova, 8.

James’ son Bronny suffered a cardiac arrest during practice before his freshman season at USC.

“(LeBron) has a lot to do,” Green said. “High season, low season, kids, commercial shoots, whatever it is, show up.”

Those hoping to achieve the same longevity as James should note the importance of setting a schedule – even for using the restroom.
