What is Tom Brady doing now? NFL Legend’s Sports Franchise Investment Checklist

When some people retire, it’s an opportunity to slow down. For Tom Brady, it opened his eyes. The veteran quarterback has investments in professional sports franchises, business opportunities and other endorsements. I even recently worked with Delta Air Lines on marketing and corporate training.

Since retiring in March, he has become a minority owner of the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces, NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders and Birmingham City Football Club. He also invested in an E1 racing series team and a professional pickleball team.

The same goes for all his latest ventures, in addition to his TB12 Methods and Wellness Centers in various locations around the country.

Tom Brady’s franchise takes center stage

Last week, the WNBA officially approved a minority stake in Tom Brady. This made him officially invest in the WNBA defending champion Las Vegas Aces. His stake in the Las Vegas Raiders has yet to be approved by NFL team owners, which could happen later this year. Both franchises are owned by Mark Davis.

In October 2022, Brady announced a partnership with the Major League Baseball pickleball expansion team. I partnered with International Tennis Hall of Famer Kim Clijsters and JPMorgan Financial Advisor Kaitlyn Kerr to launch the venture.

He chairs the advisory board at Birmingham Football Club. He advises football clubs on athlete health, wellness, nutrition and recovery issues.

The seven-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback also sponsored a car at the famous Le Mans race. His “Brady” menswear line became the team’s official apparel.

Tom Brady signs $375M contract with Fox Broadcasting Company upon retirement

While Tom Brady has invested in professional sports organizations, we can’t forget about his other retirement job. A year before announcing his second retirement from the NFL, he landed a position at FOX Sports.

Brady will be in the booth with the main broadcast team for Fox Sports NFL broadcasts. The ten-year contract, worth $375 million, will begin when he retires from the league. However, he announced that he would be taking a year off to enjoy life after retirement before entering a career in broadcasting.

Fox’s current lead broadcast team is Kevin Burkhardt and Greg Olsen. It’s unclear whether Olson will be moved when Brady begins his broadcasting career.
