In a recent TikTok video posted on Twitter a couple of days ago by Fifty Shades of Whey, we can see a 12 year old boy playing what appears to be Call of Duty: Warzone.
In the video, you can hear the kid talking to someone on the other side who is clearly expressing homophobic and transphobic opinions, but this child will not stand with his arms crossed.
The video begins in a part of the child’s conversation with the online player, in which the child asks: “So you don’t support LGBT?” The boy continues to educate that LGBTQ + is not only gay and that not all trans people are homosexual, implying that the person on the other side of the conversation was repeatedly attacking homosexuals.
Don’t Miss: Lana Rhoades teases her boyfriend during a Twitch stream.
Despite the boy’s effort to educate, the player on the other side of the conversation was clearly despising his efforts. However, he does not give up and continues to argue, specifically defending transsexuals saying: “it’s your decision, what’s wrong with that?“, in reference to whether a person identifies as male or female.
Considering that a new study has recently been published showing that bullying in online games is getting worse instead of better, it is heartening to see someone from the younger generation so strongly advocate for the LGBTQ + community. This boy is a symbol of hope that understanding and equality could increase in the years to come.
