MODENA – The film about Enzo Ferrari will have its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival on 31 August. After weeks of rumors and anticipation, the date has finally arrived. Thus, after an 8 year absence, director Michael Mann will return to Venice with an all-star cast of Adam Driver, Penélope Cruz and Patrick Dempsey. There are high hopes, and now hope, that the film, which will show the city of Ghirlandina to the whole world, can win the most coveted lion in cinema. So director Michael Mann, who has been missing for 8 years, will arrive in Lido, along with his star cast: Adam Driver, Penelope Cruz, Patrick Dempsey. It will be a film festival full of Modena, a great occasion to applaud ninety-year-old Liliana Cavani, the Lido to receive a well-deserved Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement and to accompany “L’Ordine del Tempo”, the long-awaited Out of Competition, which we will see in theaters from August 31st.
