Addison Rae reacts to terrifying rumors of her death and presumed pregnancy

The Star of TikTok, Addison Rae, took an unannounced pause from the social networks following multiple allegations of behaviour racist, prompting some fans to worry about his health, but the star has debunked any claim of his alleged death.

Rae is one of the most popular personalities of TikTok, which was once part of the famous content collective Hype House and that he has over 49 million followers due to his viral dance videos.

Despite her popularity on multiple platforms, the star was criticized in late June, and haters demanded that she address past cases of allegedly problematic and racist behavior.

In the wake of the furious claims and accusations, it appears that Rae took a moment to push his thoughts away from social media, prompting rampant speculation from fans about his health.

Some said he had died in an accident, while others claimed he had committed suicide under social pressure; some critics even theorized that she was pregnant (a claim that was immediately discredited by TikToker Bryce Hall).

Addison Rae reappears on social media

TikTok star Addison Rae has finally addressed the rampant speculation following his unexpected pause on social media.

Rae was finally seen in public on July 9, after Hollywood Fix paparazzi caught the star for a day with her mother.

“I was taking a break,” Rae confirmed when asked about her break. “Just for a moment. You know, a lot of people on social media, sometimes a lot of things can get to your head. It’s important to have a mental break.”

“Those rumors were scary,” Rae continued, speaking about the speculations surrounding her departure from the internet. “It’s not something to joke about. Without a doubt. It’s definitely scary.”

Rae received a massive backlash for past offenses before her break, which included dancing to a song talking about eating disorders in a sponsored post and sharing a video calling the Black Lives Matter movement a “cult,” as well as comments purportedly against Charli D’Amelio in the fall of 2019.

Addison finally broke her silence on social media with a lengthy apology post about the Black Lives Matter video she had shared four years earlier, and promised to use her platform to become a “better ally.”
