After 22 days, San Juan reported a death from coronavirus and added 11 infections in 72 hours | Cuyo’s diary

The province’s Ministry of Public Health redelivered the coronavirus report after failing to do so on Saturday and Sunday. Strictly speaking, it indicated that on December 4 there was a death, while on Sunday 5 and Monday 6 December 2021 there were no deaths due to COVID-19. The only death corresponds to a 65-year-old man, a native of Albardón, who remained hospitalized at the Santa Clara Clinic.

37 patients are hospitalized in the COVID-19 areas (between positives and suspects) of the Dr. Guillermo Rawson hospitals; Dr. Marcial Quiroga; Dr. Ventura Lloveras, from Sarmiento; Dr. César Aguilar, from Caucete; Dr. José Giordano, from Albardón; Dr. Federico Cantoni, from Pocito; CEMEC; Dr. Julieta Lanteri; Hospital San Roque, of Jáchal; Dr. Alejandro Albarracín Hospital, from Valle Fértil; Barreal Hospital, Calingasta; Hospital 25 de Mayo; Private hospital; Medical Institute; El Castaño Clinic; Santa Clara Clinic; Sanatorio San Juan and CCI.

Of this total, 14 patients remain hospitalized in the Critical Area, 5 of whom are on mechanical ventilation.

Among those interned in the COVID-19 area, there are no pediatric or pregnant / postpartum patients.
