House of Ghosts – In cinemas from 23 August 2023

La Casa dei Fantasmi, Disney’s fun, thrilling adventure inspired by the classic theme park attraction, will arrive in Italian cinemas on August 23, following its Italian premiere at #Giffoni53 on July 27. The film follows the story of a woman and her son who turn to a motley crew of so-called spiritualists to help rid their home of supernatural intruders. Directed by Justin Simien, Haunted House stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Jared Leto along with an all-star cast including LaKeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson, Chase W. Dillon, and Dan Levy. The film is produced by Dan Lin and Jonathan Erich, with Nick Reynolds and Tom Petzman serving as executive producers.

Murder in Venice – in cinemas from 14 September 2023

20th Century Studios arrives in Italian theaters September 14 as Murder in Venice, a shocking supernatural thriller based on Agatha Christie’s novel “Poirot and the Massacre of the Innocents,” directed by Oscar winner Kenneth Branagh Is. Poor creature! – In cinemas from October 12, 2023

Poor Creatures!, Yorgos Lanthimos’ film starring Emma Stone, Mark Ruffalo, Willem Dafoe, Remy Youssef and Jarrod Carmichael, will arrive in Italian cinemas on October 12. From director Yorgos Lanthimos and producer Emma Stone comes the incredible story and spectacular evolution of Bella Baxter (Stone), a young woman brought back to life by brilliant and unorthodox scientist Dr. Godwin Baxter (Willem Dafoe). Under Baxter’s tutelage, Bella is eager to learn. Lacking the mundane, Bella escapes on a whirlwind adventure across continents with Duncan Wedderburn (Mark Ruffalo), a skilled and debauched lawyer. Freed from the prejudices of her time, Bela becomes increasingly determined in her determination to defend equality and emancipation. Based on the book by Alasdair Gray, the screenplay was written by Tony McNamara, making it the second collaboration between Lanthimos and McNamara (The Favourite). Directed by Oscar® winner Taika Waititi, Searchlight Pictures’ feature film Chi Segna Vince arrives in Italian cinemas on January 11, 2024. The film tells the story of American Samoa’s football team, who suffered their worst defeat in World Cup history when they lost 31–0 to Australia in 2001. As the 2014 World Cup qualifiers draw near, the team hires a hapless, temperamental coach (Michael Fassbender) to help turn the tide. The cast also includes Elisabeth Moss, Oscar Kightly, David Fenn, Beulah Coele, Lehi Falepapalangi, Semu Filippo, Uli Latukefu, Rachel House and Kaimana.
