Ariana and Frankie Grande are celebrating another year with their grandma!
Frankie, 40, shared a big celebration of his grandmother’s 98th birthday on Instagram on Friday, which included photos of his mom and pop star sister, as well as a sweet message to commemorate the occasion.
“Happy Birthday to our superstar Nonna! 98 with the spirit of a 19 year old – we love you to the ends of the universe and back 💕,” Frankie captioned a series of photos.
The Broadway star began his Instagram post with a photo of him and Ariana, 30, posing next to their grandmother, who wore a gold sash and crown that read “Birthday Queen.” Wicked the star could be seen pursing his lips as Frankie and his grandmother smiled brightly.
The couple’s mother, Joan Grande, also made a brief appearance in some of the photos, posing in an all-black ensemble.

Another familiar face, Frankie Hale’s husband Leon, also posed with the couple in front of balloons that read “98.”

Both Frankie and Ariana had close relationships with their grandmother. Nonna was one of the few people Frankie told ahead of time about preparing to ask Leon the question, which he previously shared with PEOPLE.
“It was very important that it be a complete surprise,” Frankie said at the time.

Ariana and Nonna also have a special connection. The “Thank U, Next” singer brought her grandmother as her plus-one to the 2014 VMAs and also got matching tattoos of the head of the family after winning the prestigious Woman of the Year award.
At the time, Ariana shared on her Instagram Story the moment Nonna received “Ciccio” on her left ring finger in honor of her late husband Frank Grande.
Meanwhile, the pop star sported a crescent moon next to several stars and a sun on her upper left arm.
“☀️🌙woman of the year,” Ariana wrote under the photo.
