At the Porchetta Festival in Costano, Party 90-2000 performs live with the Nuovantas.

Nuovanta is a new project dedicated to the best pop and dance music of the 90s and 2000s. Explosion of hits related to period most sought after historian!! Each concert is unique, incredibly incendiary and full of energy! An entertainment train ready to attract any audience. So the Nuovanta concert becomes a real event!

Access to the festival area, where there is a large parking lot, can be done every day, as early as 17, when the pork kiosk and bar open.

The menu of the festival has been replenished with a variety of dishes: a new appetizer, pork steak and cake al dough with ham and pecorino cheese, tortello varanta, ravioli stuffed with porchetta and braised pork

. This is a stewed pork shoulder with tender and juicy meat, seasoned with barbecue sauce and served on a bun! Pulled pork originates from the southern states of the United States, but is a huge success all over the world, especially among street food lovers. There will be a fantasy of bruschetta, spring appetizer, beans and pork rinds as an appetizer. Among the first courses we can mention penne alla norcina, polenta or gnocchi del porcettaio and, as already mentioned, tortello varanta. In the second courses, pork tripe with flatbread, steak, mixed grill, pork knuckle and, of course, stewed pork.

But there are several zones at the festival: in addition to the kiosk and tavern, there is a bar counter, which is looked after by young people, where there is an aperitif zone, and then a glutton’s corner, the Porchettayo museum and a dance floor with the best orchestras.

The festival will last until August 27, here are the opening hours of the stands: Porchetta Kiosk at 17:00, Bar at 17:00, food stalls at 19:00, Ghiottone Corner at 20:00, dance evenings at 21:30 with the best dance music orchestras.
