Attack on the American base in Iraq

Deputy Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh made a statement about the attack that occurred in the morning.

According to Anatolia News Agency; The statement said that Iranian-backed groups attacked the Ain al-Asad military base in Iraq, where the United States and its allies are stationed, with short-range ballistic missiles. Minor injuries and minor damage to infrastructure were reported in the attack.

It was noted that the US military responded to the Iranian-backed groups with armed AC-130 aircraft following the incident.

A total of 66 attacks have been reportedly carried out on US forces since October 17, 32 of which were in Iraq and 34 in Syria. It was reported that 62 people were injured in these attacks.
