Authorize the first assisted suicide in Italy

Mario is a 43-year-old trucker who stayed tetraplegic 11 years ago, after a traffic accident. The tetraplegia is an injury to the spinal cord that can cause partial or total loss of sensation and motor skills in the four limbs.
