Autumn meditation in the places of the Great Route of Greece ~ CrotoneOk.it

Crotone – A new meditation meeting organized by the Association “Conscious Steps – Walking and Meditation” is scheduled for September 23rd. This time the meeting will take place in Crotone, in Pytagora Park, at 17:00.

The initiative aims to provide an opportunity to rediscover inner peace and connect with the natural surroundings.

Association President Dr. Adele Scorza, a certified mindfulness instructor, will lead the meditation process, guiding participants on a path of awareness and inner exploration.

“Autumn is the season of restarts and restarts, sometimes even of exhausting resistance,” reports Adele Scorza, “so we will meditate to reconnect with the vital energies that flow within everyone and which we can use to give ourselves moments of creativity and intuition that will help us achieve a more positive and constructive attitude in our daily lives.”

We’ll see how scientifically proven mindfulness practices can help you achieve a deeper connection with yourself and your environment, reducing stress.

Surrounded by the greenery of Pytagora Parksurrounded by the golden light of autumn, inviting intimacy and meditation, we will open ourselves to listen to ourselves and to the teachings that nature can convey to everyone’s heart.

Those wishing to participate are encouraged to bring a mat, stool or pillow to be able to find a comfortable and comfortable position.

After the meditation session, it will be possible to participate in a moment of experience sharing for those who wish.

Participation in the event costs 5 euros for those who are already members of the association, and for those who are not members it costs 10.00 euros, including registration and insurance.
