According to various rumors, before the strike of actors Sony Pictures AND Pictures of Walt Disney were close to extending the agreement on the division of rights to Spidermanand therefore for the return of Spider-Man to the MCU. According to these rumors, the deal will include not only the production of a fourth film (and possibly a new trilogy), but also the appearance of Spider-Man in the upcoming Avengers films. Avengers: Kang Dynasty AND Avengers: Secret Wars.
According to what The Cosmic Circus (usually a very reliable site) explains, there are rumors that symbiote (briefly seen in the final Spiderman: No Way Homecomplete with cameo Tom Hardy AND I) in the Marvel Cinematic Universe right in Avengers: Secret Wars.
It was rumored that during the events of the movie, Tom Holland’s Spider-Man would get a Symbiote suit.
However, the dynamics are unknown at the moment as the film has not yet been written and there are only vague ideas that Kevin Feige would like to reveal in the film.
In the comics, Spider-Man comes into contact with a symbiote and wears a black suit in the 80s, right during an event called Secret Wars (although the film will be inspired by the second “Secret Wars” of 2015 related to the Multiverse). If this information is confirmed, we can expect the appearance of a symbiote during Stage 6 and lay the groundwork for an entire new trilogy Spiderman which at the moment can continue as long as Stage 7.
