When trying to check the boatswain Ruan IrvingIf he has yachting credentials, Sandy was shocked to learn that the documents supposedly belonged to someone else. Explaining that because of the fake documents of one crew member, the entire ship could be detained, the captain immediately called Ruan to her office.

Although a hesitant Rouen claimed to have received his sailing certificate in Monaco, the captain rushed to check his facts. “No, you cannot put your sailors on a boat in Monaco,” she replied. “There is no school in Monaco.”
