The magic of Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” isn’t over yet.
On Monday, after wrapping up the final show of her tour in Kansas City, Beyoncé announced on Instagram that “Renaissance: The Beyoncé Movie” will be released in theaters on December 1st. “Be careful what you ask for because I may just fulfill your demands.” – Queen Bey said.
According to a press release from Parkwood Entertainment, the film is “about Beyoncé’s intentions, her hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind and goal to create her legacy and master her craft.”
“Renaissance: Beyoncé’s Film highlights the journey of the Renaissance World Tour, from its inception to the opening show in Stockholm, Sweden, to the grand finale in Kansas City, Missouri,” the press release states.

The trailer features clips from her touring performances as well as intimate behind-the-scenes images. Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z and her three children also appear in the trailer.
“The goal of this tour was to create a place where everyone is free and no one is judged – unique,” the Grammy Award-winning artist said in the trailer. “Start over, start again, create something new, that’s what the Renaissance is all about.”
The film opens in theaters on December 1st.
According to Parkwood Entertainment, the film will air on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for at least four weeks, with multiple screenings scheduled throughout the day.
Tickets are available now and can be purchased through AMC, Fandango, Regal Cinemas and Cinemark.
U.S. tickets for all standard performances will start at $22 plus tax; “Renaissance” will also be available in IMAX on AMC and Dolby Cinema on AMC, as well as other premium wide-format branded screens, Parkwood Entertainment said.
