Launch of Billboard Arabia
Billboard Arabia intends to become the premier destination for artists of Arab descent. It will feature the latest releases, reviews, interviews with the biggest names, exclusive coverage of local and global events, original photo and video content.
Billboard Arabia will launch several charts over the next year, collecting data from platforms such as Spotify, Anghami (the leading streaming service in the Arab world, bpt), YouTube and more to showcase the artists and songs driving the local music industry.
Billboard Arabia will celebrate and promote the work of Arab artists to a global audience by releasing content for various Billboard digital products. It will be the premier place to celebrate the Arab music community and support the music business with charts, concerts and awards. Our vision at SRMG is to ensure that creators and viewers have ever-increasing access to high-quality original content and meaningful experiences.”
“We are thrilled to join forces with SRMG to launch Billboard Arabia,” he said. Mike Wang, president of Billboard. “Billboard has a history of recognizing and developing the talent of artists across genres, languages and cultures, with a mission to share the power of music with fans around the world.
