Billboard and SRMG, the largest publishing group in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region, have launched Billboard Arabia.. The new platform will celebrate artists with Arab heritage by promoting their music and personal stories on a global scale.

Billboard Arabia intends to become the premier destination for artists of Arab descent. It will feature the latest releases, reviews, interviews with the biggest names, exclusive coverage of local and global events, original photo and video content.
Billboard Arabia will launch several charts over the next year, collecting data from platforms such as Spotify, Anghami (the leading streaming service in the Arab world, bpt), YouTube and more to showcase the artists and songs driving the local music industry.
Billboard Arabia will celebrate and promote the work of Arab artists to a global audience by releasing content for various Billboard digital products. It will also launch the Billboard Arabia Music Awards as well as concerts, initiatives, local and international events celebrating all genres of music and artists innovating the industry.
According to the IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry), MENA is one of the fastest growing music industry macro-regions in the world. In 2022 alone, a handful of emerging Arab artists amassed over a billion streams, demonstrating the significant potential of the Middle Eastern music market.
