Blockbusters that became TV adaptations

TV series based on some old movie seem to be a trend these days as more and more talk about TV adaptations.

According to the often reliable scoopers Giant Freakin Robot, indeed Brad Pitt will release a short film adaptation of the novel Max Brooks 2006 “World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War” for AppleTV+.

Pitt previously starred in a 2013 film in which his United Nations interrogator Jerry Lane was on the run from zombies.
