In a case obtained by DailyMail.com, Lynne Spears asks Judge Brenda Penny to “Listen to his daughter’s wishes.”
“The petitioner Lynne Spears, an interested party and the mother of the person under guardianship, requests the Court to listen to her daughter’s wishes and, as a first step, respectfully requests that an order be issued to allow her daughter to hire her own legal adviser.”, is shown in the request made by Britney’s mother to the authorities.
