Britney Spears Warned About Jamie Lynn Joining DWTS and It Was Well Received

Sources with direct knowledge tell us that Britney found out about JL’s appearance on the competition show before the news broke – and we’re told Britney actually took it well.

No word on who exactly provided the BS update, but our sources say she was fully supportive of Jamie Lynn… and was apparently even happy for her sibling.

Again, we don’t know who got Britney into the trap, but whoever did it clearly did it with their famous rift in mind, since they had a rocky history. Sometimes Britney hugged his sister …but she also destroyed it. A lot of taken from JLS book last year.

The status of their relationship has seemed a little iffy at times – especially since Brit has continued to express dissatisfaction with her family in general on social media – but hearing this… it seems like the Spears sisters are on pretty good terms, right now.

Jamie Lynn was seriously ahead of her time on DWTS, which premieres October 10. allowed to rehearse near her house in Tennessee because she is a caring mother of two children.
