With the intention to prevent the increase of cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Jalisco, and to protect the health of the citizenship, has been suspended temporarily, the call for private establishments check within the Program “Check Accountable,” reported the Secretariat of Environment and Territorial Development (Semadet).
The agreement was published Friday in the Official Newspaper of the State of Jalisco, where it was clarified that the suspension will remain until an agreement of extension of time limits and stages of the procedure in the same call. Requests that have already been received up to the time will be taken into account at the time of resuming the process.
According to the agreement released this Friday, just the 11 of march was published the call for the private establishments that would like to join the program check, where is stated that it would receive filings from 12 to 27 march.
The following stages of clarification, proposals, field visits, evaluation of proposals and issuance of judgements would be carried out from 30 march to 15 may; however, on the 21st of march a new agreement was published addressed to the government agencies to take action against the pandemic and to continue the provision of services, which included reduction of staff in the offices, “resulting in the inability to serve the citizens in the procedures that are customarily performed, within the time limits and terms set forth”.
