Calvin Harrisalias Adam Richard Wiles (Dumfries, 17 January 1984) is a British disc jockey, musician, singer and record producer.

Born in Dumfries in 1984. Nominated four times for a Grammy Award. He won the coveted statuette in 2013 in the category Best videothanks to the single We found Love

, in collaboration with Rihanna. According to the magazine ForbesHarris has been the highest paid DJ in the world since 2013, with an estimated net worth of around $66 million in 2014 alone. He receives his first successes at the age of twenty-one: his songs, From Bongo AND bright days, they were released in 2002 as singles and club vinyl under the Stouffer label.⁽²⁾ In 2006, Harris signed with both EMI and Sony BMG after gaining popularity through the social networking site Myspace. On June 29, 2007, his first studio album was released. i created discogold disc and containing singles, Acceptable in the 80s AND girlswhich received a great response from the public.
