Cavaliers president Kobe Altman arrested for DUI The Athletic

CLEVELAND (AP) — Cleveland Cavaliers president of baseball operations Koby Altman was arrested Friday night on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

The Ohio Highway Patrol said Altman was pulled over by police after committing a traffic violation on a highway near downtown Cleveland. Troopers suspected Altman was in an inconvenienced condition when they stopped him and took him into custody, according to a Highway Patrol report.

Altman refused to submit to a breathalyser test, but the report noted that he was “respectful and cooperative” with police. He was charged with impaired driving and lane violation.
