Charlize Theron doesn’t let New York’s dreary weather stop her from attending or wearing a stunning look for her big event.
On weekends Mad Max: Fury Road The actress was in New York for the annual Global Citizen festival, where celebrities gather to perform in front of a crowd of fans who have taken action to end extreme poverty.
Despite the heavy rain that fell all day in New York on Saturday, stars like Katie Holmes, Anitta, Jankuk, Lauryn Hill, Sophia Bush, Busy Philipps, Hugh Jackman, Gayle King and more hit the park as Charlize opted for an edgy, leg-baring look.
Following the event, the star took to Instagram to share a slew of photos of her look, first posting a black and white photo of her leaning on a suitcase with her combat boot-clad foot, showing off her toned legs.
Charlize looked stunning in a plunging, cropped white blazer with pointed shoulders and a black leather miniskirt with a bow on the side.
“In any weather!” Charlize appropriately wrote in the caption, adding, “Nothing can stop the amazing crowd and advocates at #GlobalCitizenFestival.”
She continued, “I really enjoyed being a part of this great event in support of global health and reproductive rights.”

Her fans were quick to take to the comments section of the post to praise her appearance and participation in Global Citizen, with Gal Gadot leaving behind a fire emoji and others following suit: “Stay strong and healthy, you’re the best! ” and: “Stay strong for all the girls and women who still have to learn.
