Check out Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s renovation duel!Supermodel renovates $11.5 million Miami Beach home, while NFL star continues to build $17 million megamansion across the water from ex-wife

NFL superstar Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen shocked the world last October when they announced they were ending their marriage after 13 years and two children.

Despite their separation, the former power couple happen to live within a stone’s throw of each other in the exclusive Indian Creek Island community (often referred to as the “billionaire bunker”) in sunny Miami Beach, Florida.

Shortly after news of their divorce broke, Gisele, 43, reportedly “secretly” snapped up a fixer-upper house across the water from Tom that summer for $11.5 million.

Meanwhile, Tom is still keeping the $17 million mansion he and Gisele purchased in 2020, intending to live out the rest of their lives under one roof.

Now, a year after the pair’s shocking split, the Daily Mail has obtained photos showing the state of Gisele and Tom’s respective homes and the extensive renovations currently underway.

Considered “the most exclusive municipality in the world,” Indian Creek spans 300 acres with just 34 properties, all of which offer oceanfront views of Biscayne Bay near Miami.

The couple planned to move into the highly guarded enclave after purchasing a $17 million property. They demolished the original 5,772-square-foot house on the site in order to build a state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly mansion in its place.

The building was in its early stages in the months leading up to the divorce, with the Daily Mail last seeing the property in exclusive photos obtained in January, which showed exponential progress.

Now, some nine months later, construction work is apparently still progressing steadily as the NFL star’s swimming pool, separate gym, and the home itself have truly taken shape.

Palm trees and green shrubs now line the 11 barren, dirt-covered borders of the 1.8-acre property.

The place seems tailor-made for the star, as it also includes an organic garden, a pickleball court, yoga patio, solar panels, a cabana, prep room, main kitchen and outdoor kitchen. It consists of three buildings – the main building, the security post and the gym.

Floor plans obtained by The Washington Post show the 17,000-square-foot home includes five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as well as an elevator, movie theater and guest suite.

Although he and Gisele spent a whopping $17 million on the property, Page Six previously claimed they paid an additional $10.12 million in construction costs.

Once construction is finally completed, Tom will be neighbors to Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, hotel magnate Jeffrey Soffer and billionaire investor Carl Icahn.

Page Six previously reported that Tom’s ex-wife Gisele closed on her five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot Miami Beach mansion on October 6.

A source told the outlet at the time that Gisele was “actively looking for properties in Miami Beach even before Tom quit the NFL” — a reference to the athlete’s infamous flip retirement.

The insider said this “suggests she has ended the marriage and moved on” before splitting in late 2022.
