In an interview with Men’s Health, he said he was “introducing more loneliness into my life.”
“I’ve always been pretty consistent with my exercise commitments, but lately I’ve really felt how important it is to take time for myself, without any external voice or stimulation, and make time for silence,” he continued.
He also revealed how his workout regimen has changed.
“I’m working out less frequently than I used to and incorporating more cardio and endurance training, which I enjoy much more than heavy bodybuilding-style workouts.”
