The Loki miniseries continues to air weekly on the Disney + streaming service, attracting a growing audience. In anticipation of the show’s finale, project director Keith Herron revealed an interesting detail regarding the July 7 episode entitled “A Journey into Mystery.”
The director took part in the Views From The 616 podcast, in which she talked about how Australian actor Chris Hemsworth, who plays in the MCU Thor, personally voiced the episodic character of the fifth episode of Trog – Thor the frog. According to her, all the sounds that the character made were recorded by the actor specifically for the series and were not processed from other recordings of the Australian voice. At the same time, Trog did not have words, the only sounds he made during his short appearance on the screen were grunts.
Trog … Of course, his appearance was great. And by the way, for this we recorded Chris Hemsworth. This is a new recording, not reworked, this is his recording – said Herron.
The final sixth episode of the mini-series “Loki”, in which the god of cunning and deceit travels through time, will be released on the Disney + platform on July 14th.
