Many women have suffered the pain of the loss of a child before birth, such as Chrissy Teigen, who has commented on numerous occasions on the sadness that it caused her. The model and wife of John Legend has revealed on the show Watch What Happens that Meghan Markle spoke to her after the death of her son Jack, emphasizing the kindness of the Duchess of Sussex.
“He’s been very kind to me since we connected. I wrote for baby Jack. She’s really wonderful and very kind, as kind as everyone says she is,” Teigen confessed. The model lost what was to be her third child at 20 weeks pregnant last September, months after Meghan suffered a miscarriage.
“Meghan is as kind as everyone says,” Teigen said.
Chrissy has also commented on the controversial interview Markle gave with Prince Harry on Oprah Winfrey’s show: “I ended up watching it and it was like… This is big.” Although he admitted: “But I also waited a long time to see it, so I had already heard a lot about it.” Asked if Meghan had told her anything else during their conversation, the model replied no: “I think she’s been very honest and open. That his truth has been his truth from the beginning,” he added.
Teigen and Markle met for the first time on the show Deal or No Deal and Legend’s wife has repeatedly defended the Duchess. She has been highly critical of the attitude of Thomas W. Markle, the Duchess’s father, as well as the “smear campaign” the media collaborated on, and has supported Meghan in the face of criticism over the interview and allegations that she intimidated palace staff.
Chrissy is the mother of two children, Luna, five, and Miles, two, while the Duchess of Sussex is expecting her second child, a baby girl. Archie’s future sister, who will turn two on May 6, will make Harry and Meghan’s eldest son older brother when he is born, in about two months’ time.
