Capcom and Sunsoft collaborated on the development of the survival horror video game Clock Tower 3, which was then released for the PlayStation 2. It is the first and only video game directed by Kinji Fukasaku, who is a Japanese film director. It was released in 2002 and is the fourth edition in the Clock Tower series. The storyline and the characters have relatively little in common with a prior installment of the Clock Tower series. Alyssa Hamilton, who is 14 years old, is the protagonist of this narrative. She is a member of a family lineage of warriors who travel across time to confront and vanquish bad spirits. In order to vanquish these “Entities” and provide peace to those who are experiencing inner turmoil, Alyssa travels back in time from her time spent in London in 2003 to the 1940s and 1960s.
