Coronavirus in Mexico: there are 29 dead and 1,215 cases


In Mexico the number of cases of people infected by COVID-19 increased to 1,215 patients confirmed, reported the Secretariat of Health (SSa). The number of fatalities increased to 29.

Hugo López-Gatell, undersecretary of Prevention and Health Promotion, reported this morning that the researchers of the unit tested experimentally four medical treatments with different drugs to cure the complications of the COVID-19.

The official confirmed that the Federal Commission for Protection against Sanitary Risks (Cofepris) approved the start of three of the four clinical trials, some of which will begin next week.
